When the register of debitors, Debitor Registret A/S – today part of the Dun & Bradstreet group – entered the Danish credit assessment market in the mid-00s, it was dominated by one big player. Back then, the people behind Debitor Registret analysed the market and reached the conclusion that digitisation of the processes behind B2C credit assessments was the way into the market.
For this, Debitor Registret needed a partner that could take care of this operation in cooperation with the company, Atira which was charged with developing the software used by Debitor Registret for the first 10 years. Debitor Registret chose Netic, and Netic has been operating the IT systems since then despite of the fact that the systems became more complex as Debitor Registret was acquired by Bisnode in 2014 and Bisnode was acquired by long-term collaboration partner, Dun & Bradstreet in 2021.
Jack Lilleskov was one of the founding partners of Debitor Registret, and is currently Product Director in Dun & Bradstreet in Denmark.
IT operations from a developer’s perspective
Debitor Registret was always a business in development. The company’s systems were constantly developed, especially in the acquisitions processes. And that has given Netic an important role as the operations expert:
Continued cooperation in a world of cloud and GDPR
Netic is able to help Dun & Bradstreet meet the requirements that are placed on them, both in the acquisition processes and in general.
