Growing for more
The philosophy at Servicedesk is that anything that can be solved here, should be solved here. As a result, there are many great challenges for all levels of the educational programme. If you want even more professionalism, there is a "student lab" available, where trainees have their own rack with servers for free use. Here, skills can be developed and exam set-ups tested, among other things.
It all creates a good foundation for developing technical skills and take in more and more tasks. If you want responsibility and knowledge, there are plenty of ways to do this on a daily basis.
Trainees in Netic are regularly rotated to other departments and technologies, depending on what is possible and desired. Thus, you can strengthen your competences (and interests) in Operations, Server & Storage, Network & Backup, Database and Cloud Native.
